All ALKAHHAR operations will be managed and controlled based on the deep understanding and analysis of its context and interested parties needs and expectations, which are considered as main pillars of the company strategic direction. ALKAHHAR management team is strictly committed to adopt risk-based thinking approach all activities , where ongoing risk assessment is conducted at both: business level and operational level to identify all kinds of threats and opportunities for improvement.

Quality Objectives Management

As per the QMS international standard ISO 9001, the organization shall establish objectives at relevant functions, levels and processes needed for the quality management system. The objectives are defined and established according the monitoring and performance evaluation of the QMS system.
