QHSE Management System Policy

ALKAHHAR is continually striving to improve its HSE performance, and have always been strong and valued aspects of ALKAHHAR operations. The HSE Management system of the company therefore made it in line with International accredited.

ALKAHHAR has built a sustainable HSE Culture through visible management commitment, increasing our employees’ HSE awareness, analyzing all identified hazards, improving the competence of our staff

The ALKAHHAR CO. HSE Management System defines the principles by which we conduct our operations in all sites with regards to health, safety, and the environment.

Management communicates the HSE philosophy to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties associated with our business, and each ALKAHHAR organization must provide positive evidence of Compatibility with these principles

The HSE Management System model comprises seven interrelated components:

  • commitment and leadership and accountability
  • policies and objectives
  • organization and resources
  • contractor and supplier management
  • risk management
  • performance monitoring and improvement
  • Periodic audits and reviews.

These are continuously improved by conformance checks

Periodic Review

QHSE policy is regularly reviewed to identify, detect and comply with non-compliance and to take corrective action and ensure its effectiveness after implementation to ensure continued relevance and success of our business, allowing us to systematically reduce all losses and add value to all our stakeholders.

Management Review

A process used by ALKAHHAR on regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS System throughout proper analysis of data (input) which leads to certain decisions related to the service improvement and improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS.

Management review to be conducted on monthly basis. This frequency may be changed based on the results of the QMS performance evaluation and top management decision. The presentation of data analysis shall be accumulated, where the period related to the data analysis shall be defined.  ALKAHHAR will analyses its performance at company and departmental level. Data analysis is conducted based on the approved processes and relevant database. Data are gathered and analysed based on the process. Data Analysis results shall be reviewed by organization management, and decisions to be taken to ensure system improvement, customer satisfaction and to increase the level of the services and HSE performance. The management review shall be planned and carried out taking into consideration:

  • The status of actions from previous management reviews;
  • Changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the quality management system;
  • Information on the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system, including trends in:
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties;
  • The extent to which quality objectives have been met;
  • Process performance and conformity of products and services;
  • Nonconformities and corrective actions;
  • Monitoring and measurement results;
  • Audit results;
  • The performance of external providers;
  • The adequacy of resources;
  • The effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities
  • Opportunities for improvement.

Corrective Action

Non-conformities related to the Health, Safety and Quality Management System, & customer complaints after analysis and investigation will be subject to documented corrective actions, and the effectiveness of corrective actions taken after implementation will be verified.
