Human Resources

All company personnel will be suitably qualified to perform their assigned tasks. The skills, qualifications experience or other competency criteria required for personnel performing work affecting quality will be identified and, where required training provided to ensure these needs are met. The effectiveness of the training provided will be evaluated in order to ensure the training objectives are met. In addition, ALKAHHAR Management will ensure that all personnel are aware of the importance and relevance of their activities and their effect on quality and customer satisfaction. Records of skills, qualifications, experience and training provided will be maintained

Training

Company train people who wish to learn and grow with the company. The company provides a holistic training to the new recruit, and fresh course to the ex-employees from undergo well-structured on-the-job and off-the-job training program delivered by the best experienced coached.

Similarly, experienced personnel joining the company are encouraged to join a refresher program and then advanced in-house or external training programs

Training Management

ALKAHHAR training management system is based on Training needs analysis TNA approach. TNA Process used to assess an organization’s training needs. The root of the TNA is the gap analysis. This is an assessment of the gap between the knowledge, skills and attitudes that the people in the organization currently possess and the knowledge, skills and attitudes that they require to meet the organization’s objectives. Training is considered as Continuous process to ensure the appropriate knowledge, skills and behaviors available in the organization in order to satisfy the needs and goals of the business
